In March 2012 during the live FA Cup Quarter Final on ESPN UK Lowe guided two hours of programming in a position on the pitch when Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba fell unconscious on the field due to a cardiac arrest. On that evening, Lowe was interviewed by each UK major news outlet. In May 2012, Lowe became the first woman of UK time to be the host of an FA Cup Final - a six-hour live broadcast starting from Wembley Stadium. Lowe was a reporter and presenter with Setanta Sports from 2007-2009, in charge of their pioneering coverage of the Football Conference. She cohosted Football Matters Setanta Premier League's studio show.
