Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny, in 1950 on the 3rd of February is an American actress. Through the 80s, she was a household name through her performances on various TV shows. She was known for her glamorous portrayal. Fairchild launched her acting career between 1973 and 1977 in CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. She starred in 1978 in the soap opera of the same name Dallas for the first time as the actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a lead role in the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). Fairchild was on ABC's short show on primetime Paper Dolls as well as for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild was also a part of theatre and appeared as a guest in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill as well as Friends. Fairchild is also a SAG-AFTRA Board Member.
